Blatter will not run in 2016:

      Sepp Blatter will deliver. It will not show up in the presidential election the extraordinary congress of FIFA   26 February 2016. The president of the world football organization confirmed today.

     "I will not be a candidate for election of February 26, there will be the election of a new president. I wish good luck to all candidates including Michel Platini, "said Sepp Blatter. The Swiss had recently tackled Michel Platini for his role in the award of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. He beat the French who has not formally apply.         
      

And Blatter is heckling before conference:

 The press conference of the executive committee of FIFA, including the presence of Sepp Blatter for the first time face to reporters since the scandal of FIFA, was delayed on Monday in Zurich as Sport24 reports.

The reason? A man sent false bills on the President of the international body when he arrived in the auditorium. Suddenly, the press conference, originally scheduled at 15h, was shifted a few minutes.
